About this week's menu.
This week, we want to work with our ALL TIME favorite flavors in the world, the flavors that initially put The Dine-In Dude on the map. Over the summer, this main dish was a HUGE hit and sold out within minutes, making us realize this was going to be our dream come true, to do Dine-In Dude full time. You definitely want in on this week's menu!
We do have 2 different protein options for the main dish and the keto dish. To avoid confusion, we cannot substitute proteins this week. Also, we are proud to announce that this weeks options are dairy free and gluten free! However, we do not work in a dedicated gluten free kitchen, so as a disclaimer, there is always the chance for gluten contact, as it is a shared space.
Amazing and delicious food! This is the one time we can get everyone in the family to sit down for dinner! You will not be disappointed!
About The Dude

I am a chef in town that decided to leave the corporate world to pursue my passion: providing gourmet meals to families, and being able to cook what I love to make for my own family. The Dine-In Dude began in 2014 in McAllen, Texas, and was a concept that was birthed with the Dude’s famous Pad Thai. Upon a move to College Station to work for Levy Restaurants, The Dine-In Dude concept took a backseat during 3 very busy years. This summer the idea was revisited, and was too much fun to pass up. It is now my full time job and I am loving every minute of it. Cooking is my passion and I love to be able to share a good meal and conversation with our community.
Each meal is delivered/sold frozen, made the night before in St. Thomas Episcopal’s kitchen. Each salad and salad dressing is made the morning of delivery or pick up. I provide heating instructions on the lid for you so whether you heat to serve to your family and friends that same evening or want to save it in your freezer, it’s a great option to have on hand during the midst of a busy season.
